Payment for the calibration and or servicing will be required prior to returning your gauge. Payment can be made online, over the phone or in person. Customer service can be reached at 800.577.3171 for further information.
How long does it take to calibrate? We only require 3 - 5 working days to calibrate and check all gauge types from our New Jersey branch location. Returns back to you may take 1 - 2 days depending on location.
Only the gauge is required for calibration. Carefully package your gauge and send to our New Jersey location – your gauge should be in good working order, any physical damage may result in further costs or replacement.
