Our team strives to accommodate customer requests so much that recently we received an order for 15 custom safety climb assemblies to be shipped from our Ohio facility to a jobsite in Florida. Though the order was normal, the seeming impossibility of the deadline hung over the order…

Placed after 4pm on a Friday, the safety climb systems were needed onsite the upcoming Monday by 8am. With just under an hour of the work week left, our team was able to assemble all 15 systems and load them onto a truck for Florida.

To the customer’s delight, our team was able to deliver the custom systems a day early – helping to ensure a seamless workflow on the jobsite.
