NexGen2™ Blind Bolt Assembly
When the NexGen2™ Blind Bolt Assembly was created, its main goal was to present a sophisticated, innovative and streamlined solution for one-sided installation of structural bolts, and it has succeeded in that goal.
The NexGen2™ Blind Bolt Assembly is specifically designed for the tower industry to provide full structural strength, guaranteed bolt tensioning and superior engagement of the shear sleeve into the shear plane every time. Continuous Innovation
As the industry continues its progression, so do our products. With new approvals on our NexGen2™ Blind Bolt Assembly, our install tool required changes to fit the new uses of the bolt.
The new NG2™ Flexible Install Tool was designed for installation of the NexGen2™ bolt in areas of tight tolerance. Flexible in design, the cable wire allows the bolt to be inserted without bottoming out. Instead the tool flexes down into the pole orstructure, having the bolt drop down into the structure's base/shaft so that it can be installed properly.
Whereas the original install tool has no bend to allow the bolt proper clearance for installation in tight areas, the new tool does. The new design’s effectiveness and enhancement to the industry can be seen in the video below.
