ANCHORS

This anchor is commonly used for securing sheet metal, steel or aluminum angles, or wood to concrete. And due its high resistance to vibratory loads, this anchor is ideal for installing machinery, handrails, dock bumpers, storage racks and similar. They are also assessed and approved for ICC requirements. 

Screw Anchors – Ideal high load applications, such as hanging threaded rod for pipes or HVAC and close-to-edge fastening, these anchors are designed for quick installation into concrete, brick and block. Screw anchors are perfect for close-to-edge fastening because there is no expansion to put stress on the concrete edge.

Expansion Anchors – For use in medium duty to heavy duty applications, the expansion anchor is best when a bolt is subject to side pressure or vibration, or shear loads are present. These anchors are made to be used in masonry building material to provide holding strength through its expansion. Expansion anchors are placed into a hole and using the threaded fastener the anchor is expanded into place.
