ANCHORS
Wedge Anchors – designed for high pull-out values, wedge anchors feature a sleeve that matches the width of the shank, making the anchor and the hole diameter the same – no alterations to the pre-drilled hole are needed to accommodate the anchor.
This anchor is commonly used for securing sheet metal, steel or aluminum angles, or wood to concrete. And due its high resistance to vibratory loads, this anchor is ideal for installing machinery, handrails, dock bumpers, storage racks and similar. They are also assessed and approved for ICC requirements.Â
Screw Anchors – Ideal high load applications, such as hanging threaded rod for pipes or HVAC and close-to-edge fastening, these anchors are designed for quick installation into concrete, brick and block. Screw anchors are perfect for close-to-edge fastening because there is no expansion to put stress on the concrete edge.
Expansion Anchors – For use in medium duty to heavy duty applications, the expansion anchor is best when a bolt is subject to side pressure or vibration, or shear loads are present. These anchors are made to be used in masonry building material to provide holding strength through its expansion. Expansion anchors are placed into a hole and using the threaded fastener the anchor is expanded into place.Â
Threaded Rod – Air-conditioning ducts, lighting or anything that requires medium to heavier duty fastening to a masonry ceiling is going to need a quality threaded rod. Allfasteners can even cut threaded rod to custom lengths for your unique job.
Grinding Wheels – Composed of abrasive grit, grinding wheels are used for grinding applications on concrete, metal, glass and brick. For use in grinding, deburring and sharpening, our grinding wheels are designed to perform to the highest standards.
Grinding wheels perform with great speed and consistency to provide a long-lasting durability and longer life span. No matter what the application, Allfasteners has the grinding wheel to fit your job needs.
