The NexSpan2™ Universal Clamp Kit features a new flat plate design that installs flush to both the I-Beam and NexSpan2™, using included shim plates to match flange thickness for a precise, secure fit — additional shims available upon request . Universal clamp plates now accommodates 3”, 4”, and 5” tube sizes, all using the same diameter bolt for simplified inventory and installation.
Kits are ordered by bolt length—6”, 7”, 8”, or 9”—ensuring the right fit with no excess thread for easier socket or impact wrench installation and accurate torque verification. This enhanced design can be installed above or below the I-Beam flange, making it ideal for tight spaces or centered load applications.
